LAYERED CUT - BEFORE & AFTER - 5 YEARS Layered cuts are great to add volume and movement. Long layered cuts are great for clients that have long hair and wish to create a cascade effect. Here is a client I installed 5 years ago. She was transitioning from relaxer and we slowly cut away the relaxed ends to preserve her length. It has been an absolute pleasure taking the journey with her.
