It was created by the Native Americans and was believed to catch all the bad dreams and let all the good ones flow through to you. For as far back as I can remember I have always been a vivid dreamer. My dreams have always felt so real and all my senses are engaged during them. I used to look forward to going to sleep just to see what my dream would be each night. . . I share ...this story not to tell you to purchase a dream catcher (although they are beautiful and really cool) but to encourage you to D R E A M . When things in life feels uncertain, we may find ourselves consistently overwhelmed and/ or worried which can limit our ability to be hopeful and excited about the future. . . Try today to envision something that engages your senses and makes you relax & smile! For me, for example, I think about being on an island living in a bungalow on the water or having a full spa day complete with my fave meal. Or visualize what it feels like to meet a goal you’ve set for yourself. You get the point right? And the dreams could of course be deeper but I just wanted to give you an example. . .
