Clinic hours will still be 9am 4pm Tuesday, January 12th but anyone without an appointment will be turned away. To schedule an appointment, please call 800-847-4262 option 1. Call center hours will be 10:00 am -8:00 pm Saturday, January 9, 2021 and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Sunday, January 10, 2021. People can also complete a form at https://www.district4health.org/covid-19-vaccination-appoi/ to have someone call them to schedule an appointment. Appointments will ensure we have adequate vaccine supply for the clinic and to safely manage the traffic surrounding the clinic.
