Lighthouse Global Studios

The Gospel is being preached far and wide from the studios of LGS! This week, programming was sent out to 34 different countries in Africa! Omega TV broadcasts the Faith Connection program into these countries: Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African... Republic , Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mayotte Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. We are thrilled to be able to be part of such a far-reaching Gospel effort!

LGS sent another month’s worth of Romanian language Gospel programming to the broadcaster in Romania today, and, we received some great news about things in Romania! Eddie Wilson at Christian Media International has been buying ads online to promote the programs, and the analytics showed that over 94,000 people searched for something related to the ads that were running, and nearly 1,000 people clicked through the ads to view the programming! We are not just broadcasting on ...television, but our programs are available online as well, in order to reach as wide an audience as possible with the Gospel message, and people are hearing the Gospel preached in their own language in a former Soviet block nation, which is largely atheist, and many are hearing it perhaps for the very first time! Exciting things are happening, and Lighthouse Global Studios is thrilled to be a part of it all!

Great stuff happening through Lighthouse Global Studios this week! The broadcaster in Ukraine sent word that they needed more programs in the Ukrainian language to broadcast, and another two months’ worth of programs were sent to them right away! Also, more programs were sent to Romania for broadcast there. ... And finally, LGS completed the editing on eleven Brazilian Portuguese discipleship programs that were recorded last week in the CMI studio, and will be used to train Christians in many areas of Biblical growth. On a sad note, David Gates, the missionary preacher who was in the studio preaching in Arabic last week and the week before has contracted COVID19 and has been in the ICU for a number of days now. Pray with us that he will recover soon.

The Swahili Gospel programming that was recently sent to Africa began broadcasting this past Friday out of Morogoro, Tanzania, to a potential listening audience of around 500,000 people! They are on the air 24 hours a day, and hopefully, there will soon be some feedback from the programs that were sent!
