Sunday Morning 1/16

As Pastor of Lighthouse, I cannot express how thankful I am to the people at church and their love for me and my family. They have blessed us more than I could’ve ever imagined in the last 3 years. Today was no different. We began our Mens Bible Study after a few months break and had a tremendous time in Romans 1, then we did a first. We went to the streets of Americus to hand out tracts and share the gospel via scripture signs. 6 people in all, 4 men and 2 young folks came.... We had several vehicles stop and make comments or show interest in some way. We had a few circle around to read or re read the signs. I praise God for allowing this and for the ones that came. I’m looking forward to doing it again and for more folks to come!

We have several coming here this week to work. Pray for safe travels and things to be accomplished. We had our office and meeting room flooded and will have to... be ripped out completely. This happened when we had an old copper pipe burst last week. Unfortunately we can't claim anything on insurance. Couple dozen trees and limbs down. Several big projects like brick falling off the gable and some ceiling joists need to be repaired ASAP. If any churches or HELPS ministries would like to help, please have them call, text, email, letter by horse, smoke signal, just reach out, lol.
