Went to this store on 1 April 2020. I was sending a face mask to my wife for her flight home that Friday. Regular shipping was around $15, but I needed them to be there the next day. The OWNER told me they WOULD get there overnight for $59.73. That was a lot to pay, but I was glad to pay if it ensured the safety of my wife during her travels with the outbreak going on. Yes, the outbreak was here before I went to ship this! The OWNER said overnight was the only way my wife wou...ld get them on time. Well, they did not get there overnight! My wife got them Friday (two days later), which was the same day the OWNER told me that they would get there with regular shipping. Here is the problem... on the STORE OWNERS WORD I did pay 4X the price to have overnight. Never did she say that it could not be guaranteed due to the outbreak. When I addressed this problem the owner, she sent it to the Corp. They said no refund because of the outbreak. I received a letter from Corp stating that they had suspended the guarantee as of Mar 24th, I went back in to talk with the owner again and reminder her that it was on THEIR WORD (NOT UPS', as I was not privy to that information) that I paid 4X more. She then started to over talk me and when I shushed her so I could finish (who likes to be talked over) she said your not getting your money back and I am not talking to you any more. WHAT HAPPENED TO UPHOLDING YOUR WORD IN BUSINESS
