April is going to be an exciting month for YOU, our beloved members! Your instructors and our wonderful Owners have decided it’s time to bring back some favorite classes and introduce some new, amazing cardio classes to kickstart your summer beach body!! We have added 6 classes to the lineup, and all 6 are going to tone your core, shred body fat and get you in tip top shape for the summer. We will run Tabata, HITT and Core for 30 minutes - because that’s all you’ll need to get that heart rate pumping and those abs burning. Kickboxing will be the best 1 hour fat and toning blast for your entire body. You don’t want to miss these classes!!! Please join us and get what you came for!!!
