Little Hearts of Africa

One year ago today we had our Little Hearts Walk! Because life has been crazy on this side of the world....it hasn’t happened YET this year! It will!!!!! But I must brag about what God has done despite our pitiful efforts!!!! When God wants to accomplish something HE doesn’t need man! HE is all powerful & HIS plans can’t be thwarted!!!!!!!! This year there has been great accomplishments at Becky School & we must give God all glory & say how proud we are of Mary & all the ...teachers & volunteers & the children for their hard work! Also thank you to everyone who supports Little Hearts throughout the year with gifts & much prayer! We are forever grateful & humbled by your love & faithfulness! Becky School held graduation again this year! I am so proud of these teachers that come & pour into these children everyday. These children work hard to learn & grow & to do good!!!!!!!! They are off for the months of November & December & are gearing up to start a new school year in January 2020. Another great accomplishment happened this summer. Little Hearts was able to purchase the land that Becky school resides on & we no longer have to pay rent to a landlord! Ruthy & Mary worked hard to get this deal done with the landlord & sealed the deal this summer! Now Becky School owns their own land! This is a huge answer to prayer! Your gifts made this even feasible! Thank you!!!! Becky School is growing with the addition of one new class of children each year as the children continue to move up a grade! Our needs are still great! We need to get new bathrooms so we don’t have the threat of being shut down because of bathroom situations. It is a big project & we are hoping to accomplish this in December before the school reopens for the new year! Despite not having our walk take place for this year YET...we welcome your end of the year gifts & please don’t stop praying for us!!!!!! We need insight & wisdom & must keep trusting God faithfully!!!!! God is faithful & has always met our needs! Little Hearts is still in the business of Loving, feeding, educating & growing Little Hearts in the nurture & admonition of the Lord! We are very thankful for all God has accomplished & can’t wait to see what else HE wants to do! Without the Lord none of this would even have ever begun! HE who begun a good work in you (in Becky School in Kibera) is faithful to complete it! And for that we are grateful & thankful!!!!! We are thankful for you all too! Bloom where you are planted Little Hearts! Let God grow you into exactly who & what HE desires for you! Praying that as your teachers pour into you everyday at Becky School you will grow, bloom & be rooted in Christ alone! HE alone is your answer! Whatever is True, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent & worthy of praise....dwell on these things! The only Person or thing on earth that is all of these is Christ alone! Let Christ richly dwell within you....a...nd May you dwell and abide in Christ also. Loving these little Hearts & praying over them daily! Thanking God for them & all their teachers & Mary & people who love them without knowing them & come alongside our Little Heart ministry!
