Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy: If you need to cancel or move your appointment it MUST be done within 24 Business hours in order to avoid a $25 dollar fee. Appointments are in high demand and this allows us to fill that slot with another patient who needs to be seen.

COVID-19 UPDATE (last updated 12/22/20): Upon arrival at the office you will be required to fill out a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and have your temperature checked. If you have had any exposures or COVID-19 tests performed in the last 60 days further information will be required and you may not be seen. You MUST bring a copy of any / all COVID-19 tests performed in the last 60 days in order to be seen. We appreciate your understanding in this matter but it is imperat...ive we keep our staff safe and healthy in order to continue to serve you. Please note the following policies / procedures regarding operations during the COVID-19 pandemic: Pooler Office: Shot lab will be open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-6:00 and Friday from 9:00-1:00. A temperature will be checked on all patients / guardians. If there are any concerns identified, the staff will ask you to return to your car and concerns will be discussed with the provider. All people entering the building are required to wear a face covering / mask.

Christmas and New Year’s Hours: We will be closed December 24-25 for Christmas AND December 31-January 1 for New Years. We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday! If you are in need of refills please plan accordingly.

Please note: Our offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from November 25-27. We will reopen in the Brunswick office on November 30th (Monday) and Pooler on December 1st (Tuesday) with normal business hours. We wish everyone a happy holiday!

Effective July 6, 2020: Due to the influx of COVID-19 cases in our area we are requiring ALL patients (over the age of 2) to wear a mask/face covering. We will continue with triaging patients at the door (including temperature checks). Allergy shot patients will need to schedule appointments. We will not accept any walk-in shot patients. COVID-19 UPDATE (last updated 4/13/20): We have been able to open up our shot schedule a bit more this week (4/13/20-4/17/20) and plan on continuing with this schedule until further notice. Pooler: Patient appointments Monday Friday.... Shot appointments Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-5:50 AND Friday from 9:00-12:00. Brunswick: Patient appointments Monday-Wednesday. Shot appointments Monday and Wednesday from 9:00-4:30. Shot appointments continue to require an appointment. NO WALK INS. We ask that you call the office to discuss any symptoms or known / potential exposures, travel history, etc with us prior to your appointment so that we can determine if you can be seen in office. This will save you a trip as we continue to screen all patients with a COVID-19 questionnaire and temperature check.

Good morning! As a reminder our Pooler office will be open today for shots BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. No walk in appointments will be allowed. Please make sure you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Please make sure that you park close to the building with your vehicle facing the front entrance. We will have a nurse outside the front entrance for triage. You will need to complete a questionnaire and your temperature will be taken. Once you are cleared and receive your shot in the main lobby, you will return to your vehicle for the 25 minute wait time. You will then report back to the main lobby to have your arms checked after the 25 minutes. We have developed this procedure to maintain the safety of our patients and staff. We thank you for your understanding and patience!

Update for Pooler shot hours: We will have shot clinic on Tuesday, March 31st AND April 2nd from 9:00 am-5:50 pm. You must call us to schedule an appointment. We will not accept any walk-ins for allergy shots during these hours. Upon arriving at your scheduled time you will be triaged prior to receiving your shot. We will go over the procedure that we will be following when you schedule.
