Yes, it's been a few weeks since we've posted, but you you know we've been working on a few things for th holidays. Last year we had Santa in the Loft. This year we have another fun thing planned. Pay attention to our FB & IG stories for clues.

We would like to thank everyone who booked our venue for your event in 2020. There are no more available dates in 2020. However we are looking to book events in 2021. Please don't wait until the last minute to book our venue. Lock in your date with a security deposit or contact us to setup an in-person tour.

!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!! COVID-19 Guidelines As you all know, the Corona Virus is still here. With an increase in cases locally and a lot of cases close to home, these days, we must make a few adjustments. In order to maintain social distance per the CDC guidelines, our max for all events until further notice is 30.... Everyone who rents or is a guest of Loft must abide by the following: 1. Renter must provide a list of all attendees and vendors 3 days before event. If guests are not on the list they cannot enter. 2. Everyone must wear a mask, no exceptions. 3. Everyone will have temperature checks and screenings. 4. No one with symptoms, under any circumstances, will be permitted to enter. 5. Everyone must wear an armband to note they’ve been screened. 6. For the safety of children, no child under the age of 5 will be permitted to enter.

As the 2020 year draws closer to a close we have very limited openings available for LoftE being used for events. However 2021 dates are available for booking. Please don't wait until the last minute to book our venue. Lock in your date with a security deposit or contact us to setup an in-person tour. Also this time of year is extremely busy for our business, so if you call please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. IMPORTANT: Notes and Reminders from Loft Hi Everyone, We pray that you are safe and doing well during this season. As we approach the last end of the quarter of 2020 we wanted to share a couple of important reminders:... 1. Do not wait till the last minute to book Loft The last portion of the year is a busy time of year for us as we prepare to photograph holiday portraits for clients. During this time, Loft will not be available to rent on certain weekends. Also, others are hosting small holiday gatherings that were booked earlier in the year. This means our dates of availability will be few. This means you cannot wait until the last minute to book your event at Loft. Please contact us as soon for available dates to book your intimate events. We book on a first come first served basis. We don't hold dates without a non-refundable security deposit. 2. If you call the business line leave a message. As we approach the end of the year, we all get busier than ever. If you call and do not reach anyone please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we are available. If you do not leave a message we cannot return your call. When leaving a message please tell us what type of event you are planning, number of guests, and the date and time you are looking have your event. Again, we will return your call as soon as we are available. You can also email us at [email protected] or FB message us about inquiring about an available date. 3. We are still under COVID Guidelines Unfortunately, COVID is still a major issue in our city which means we are limited to the number of guests allowed in Loft and masks are mandatory and are to be worn properly during your event. Designer Pop-Up Challenge We know that as an event designer, you’re eager to create and share. During this downtime this is the perfect opportunity to build your portfolio. So, we’ve decided to host the Designer Pop-Up Challenge for event professionals at Loft. Do you have what it takes to create an amazing set-up on a small scale?... Here are the guidelines: Designers must provide a portfolio to LoftE Each designer can have 2 additional assistants 2 Hours to set up Choice of photographer (It can be Exodus Photography, if you’d like) If you’re interested, please contact us for details.
