Love in Action Mission

We thank Dra Victoria King and her team for another successful plastic surgery mission. So thankful to pediatrician . Ananya Lusero for training midwives on how to help babies breath and the gold minute. We have made a new friend commited to return and help some more. It was with great sadness we had to cancel all of our medical and dental missions during 2020. During all this time Love in Action Mission continued helping people in any way possible. We helped people we knew were struggling with the need for food, medicines, and hope. We thank doctors who so willingly gave remote consultations to patients who needed help. Furthermore, we helped kids to stay in school when it was so challenging. School in Guatemala is not free beyond elementary school. We know that what we do is small, but we know that if we can help relieve the pain and the suffering of one person we are making a difference. Thank you to all of our volunteers and who have helped us make Love in Action. Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world. Howard Zinn

Our prayers always for our volunteers and their families health. We also pray for all the families we serve. Pray that things get better so that children like Israel who have been helped in the past can continue getting his medical care. His little legs do not fit him anymore. So his family is anxiously waiting for things to go back to normal. Israel is a wonderful cheerful boy who does not allow the challenges to slow him down!!! We hope to see you soon Israel!!!!
