Superior Plumbing Love the Lake Concert Series

Mark your calendars for the first concert in the 2014 Superior Plumbing Love the Lake Concert Series- Friday, May 9, at 6 p.m., as a part of the 5th Annual North Cobb Rotary Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival!!! Come see Sons of Sailors- a Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band, perform to kick off this great event!

Thanks to all that came out and enjoyed lots of great music, good food, cool arts & crafts and the Pro Hydro X. Also congratulations to Allatoona High School for winning the Acworth Cup!!!

Have you signed up for the Warrior Way 5K??? The race will start (7:30 a.m.) and finish at Cauble Park on Saturday morning!!! Stick around for the finish of the parade and all the arts & craft vendors, you are sure to see some great hand-made items. ... Great food will be available and of course check out the Acworth Community Magazine Cup and the Pro Hydro X Tour in the water.

The theme for this year's parade is "Go for the Gold" If you are interested in having a float in the parade, let us know. The Parade will kick off the festival. It will start at 9:30, Saturday , September 1, it will start at the Acworth Sports Complex and head north on Main Street, go through downtown and finish at Cauble Park.
