W-2 Grooming MANAGER Position Seeking a self-motivated groomer with a passion for growth. Ideal candidate would be a natural leader who wants to teach their fellow teammates how to groom and grow. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, calm under stress, able to communicate with clients effectively and lead a team of groomers. This job is less physical grooming and more managing the salon while doing the occasional dog if someone falls behind or a newbie groomer n...eeds some guidance. We want you to run the shop smoothly, grow our team and make us proud. Pay is W-2 hourly, $15 - $18 plus monthly bonuses. Pay is determined by management experience, grooming skill set and ability to train staff members. Seeking a manager to start asap, the shop is growing and we would like someone to captain the ship.
