Congratulations to Anne on completing level 1! She is increasing at a nice, steady pace. She has recently starting practicing hymns to play for church! Looking forward to hearing her play lots of songs with eighth notes in the next book! Keep it up!

This is Sakoya playing one of my favorite songs! I love the simplicity of the song and the calming feelings that it produces. Music has a direct impact on emotions and this is a great song to play at the end of the day to soothe the nerves. Enjoy!

The ACE Method for Learning Music

Congratulations to Kylie on completing Level 2a in piano! Kylie is one of our distance learning students in Wisconsin and she has really been pushing hard on her songs this last year. Kylie was also able to participate in our online recital this year and did a great job. Keep being diligent in your practice!

One of the workshops we will be doing in the Winter Blast event on Saturday, January 16th is a Goals setting class. During this class, we take our students through a proven formula for setting goals with measurable targets to help us succeed in challenging ourselves musically!

Congratulations to Yim on completing Level 3 in the Thompson series for piano! Yim has accomplished some very complex classical pieces in this book. She is also progressing well in her hymn playing. A big goal that she has been working on is memorizing all of her major and minor scales and chords and she is almost there! We love seeing her use her talent in church services!

Congratulations to Victor on completing Level 2a in piano! Victor has been moving at a rapid rate through his books and materials, actually about twice as fast as what the publisher says it will take! He picked out a challenging song for his first recital with us this month and did an excellent job in his performance! Victor has quite a talent in piano and we look forward to seeing his continued progress!

Congratulations to Russell on completing Level 1 in piano! Russell is super focused at his lessons and really pushes hard on being able to play his songs quickly. He recently participated in his first piano recital with us and did an excellent job performing his piece! I know he will do an awesome job in his next books!
