Perimeter Mall Lushies! We are temporarily pausing letting our customers inside the shop, and will only be offering contactless pick-up until further notice. You can still go to www.lushusa.com and buy online and select the Market Street store for pick-up instead of the "add to cart" option. We'll then let you know when your goodies are ready to be picked up. You can also purchase items at the door without having to order in advance. ... Here is what you need to know for a contactless experience: We will allow one person to enter the front of our shop at a time and have a table set up for transactions. A Lush Ambassador will meet you at the table at the front of the store and grab the products you need or deliver your order. We are still not accepting cash, but we do accept credit card, debit card, and e-pay (like Apple Pay or Samsung Pay). We will not be accepting returns at this time Our staff will be wearing masks and ask that you do the same. Thanks so much for your support, we are so excited to see your faces soon.

Hey Lushies of Atlanta, we are so excited to announce the next phase of our alternative shopping. Our store will start offering Phase 4 on Thursday, June 25th - and this means that you will be able to enter the shop at a reduced capacity, with a socially spaced line up outside of the door. How does it work: Step 1: Take your spot in the line up outside of our shop. Step 2: A staff member will be outside keeping a head count of the customers inside the shop. As customers leave..., our staff member will allow the appropriate amount of customers into the store. Step 3: Now you're in! Start shopping! Direct any questions you might have to our staff. Please try to socially distance yourself from other customers inside the store while browsing. Step 4: Once you've decided on all of your goodies, find a staff member and they will happily check you out with one of our Mobile Tills! During this time, we will only be able to accept Debit/Credit Card payments. Things might also look a bit different as we've limited our product displays to ensure that you are always getting fresh items straight from the box with minimal handling. And you can expect these safety precautions from our team: we require all customers to wear a mask to enter the shop, we will ask that customers to wash their hands once entering our shop, our teams will not be offering demos, our staff will be staying a safe distance away from you at all times, we will be wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use, and each team member will be wearing masks. I’m urging people... to stop blaming Black protesters for a predicted uptick in cases. I’m urging people to realize both issues are life-or-death emergencies. Since the pandemic’s onset, many people selfishly disregarded physical distancing guidelines and demanded haircuts + refused to wear masks prioritizing hair over human lives, in the name of freedom. They didn’t care to save lives. Economies reopened callously. Conversely, the #BlackLivesMatter movement is rightfully rallying to save Black lives from police brutality literally protesting for survival. Black lives are at-risk of dying from both covid and systemic racism; either way, they’re unsafe. (Important note: Black people have higher fatality rates from covid-19 due to preexisting conditions, poverty, medical discrimination, etc. products of racism) These protests *are* essential and can’t be delayed.
