An important update from Veronica Nipper: THERE IS NO SCHEDULED REOPENING DATE AS OF YET. As we continue to closely follow the public health situation, and consider when and how we will safely reopen. Lynndale has started providing a means of small group virtual visits or encounters that would fit the needs of the individuals we serve while minimizing risk to everyone’s safety. If you or your loved one is not taking advantage of this opportunity, please contact your DSP. If... you are currently participating, please tell us what you are enjoying about the program so far! Phase 2 begins August 17th Next Lynndale plans to begin Phase 2 to our service delivery options starting the week of August 17th. This will include providing weekly face to face services in a small group setting in the community.

We did not meet our goal to sell 50 shirts in our original fundraiser with ShowPony but we WERE able to get the shirts made regardless. If you purchased through Showpony you should have been refunded by now. If you would like to still purchase a shirt please comment below. All proceeds will go to Lynndale. Thanks! -Ami McKenzie

An important update from Veronica Nipper: THERE IS NO SCHEDULED REOPENING DATE AS OF YET. As you know our primary goal is to protect the health and safety of our staff and individuals to the best of our capability. For this reason the Board Members and I are working on a means of interactive activities or encounters that would best fit the needs of the individuals we serve while minimizing risk to everyone’s safety. ... We’re in continued discussions regarding the safest directions in which to take. We would like to include your input on these options. Therefore, someone from Lynndale will be in touch with you to inquire your opinion on options that we have discussed. Again, thanks so very much for your patience during this unprecedented time. Veronica Nipper, Executive Director Lynndale, Inc.

An Update from Veronica: As most of you may already know, the Governor held a COVID-19 briefing on Thursday, May 28. Gov. Brian Kemp is extending the Public Health State of Emergency until July 12. Therefore, we will be closed a bit longer than anticipated. His extension continues to be in an effort of protecting our elderly and vulnerable population. We’ll wait and see what lies ahead in dictating our re-opening scheduled date.

Lynndale, Inc. 01.07.2020

An Important Message to Parents/Caregivers: As you know, we have continued to monitor the guidelines set forth by the State of Georgia and public health officials throughout the temporary closure of Lynndale due to the COVID crisis. In consideration of the health and safety of our staff and individuals, we have decided to extend our closure a bit longer.... Over coming days, the Lynndale team will be finalizing a plan for a SOFT reopening upon that day of return. Before we return, individuals and their caregivers can expect to receive guidelines that will be followed to minimize risk to everyone's safety. We appreciate your continued patience as we work toward returning to Lynndale, and look forward to seeing you soon! Veronica Nipper Executive Director
