Just sold this listing in Muirfield, located in the Windermere subdivision!! It was great going into the subdivision we used to live in before we moved to Lake Hartwell. Unfortunately I didn’t get to stop by to see any former neighbors while I was there, maybe next time when it’s safe to get together with friends.

Busy work weekend! Two offers accepted on two different listings!! The condo in Windermere/Muirfield & a lake lot in my neighborhood are both now under contract!! Only one of the lots I listed in my neighborhood is still available(two went under contract last week & I sold another one last month). Now is a great time to sell!!
