This is what we are doing today! If you need some BBQ for the weekend, we still have some left for sale. Proceeds support the Madison County 4H BB team! Only $35 and pick up is today 5pm to 7pm in Colbert. Let us know if you would like one.

Its time to fire up the smoker and have a test run. The team is gearing up for the Farmview Southern Classic BBQ competition this weekend

Have you been missing our Mad-Ox-Que? Well, now is your chance to get some que from us. We will be cooking Boston Butts for Labor Day weekend for the Madison County 4-H BB Team to help them raise money for their upcoming competition season. Butts are only $35 and come with a side of our yummy sauce. Please contact us or the BB team to purchase your ticket today. Pick up will be September 1st between 5pm and 7pm.
