Isolating times are difficult for some. We can love our world and love our families but still feel empty When we have to isolate. Try to get outside and see the trees and birds and walk. Find a friend to meet with you and become inspired without a dread of loneliness

Spend this time investing into your life, the life of your children, into your marriage all the ideas you had when you were too busy to invest. Now you have time

Parents. Now us the time of your influences to your children. What do you want to tell them. You have their total attention

We are on a journey looking at ways to bring a wholeness to our life. Talking already about meditation including scripture reading and prayer. We added to meditation, excercize. Today I want you to think about play. How do you play?? How do you add light hearted fun into your life? What do you do then to make sure play in some way included laughing. Be sure to add fun and laughter bringing an emotion that is light hearted and real eases tension. Let me know how you play and laugh allowing your spirit to lighten up. Here we are being deliberate about - meditation, - excercise and play. Being deliberate to incorporate these three areas into our lives with deliberate intentions. Let me hear from you.
