Looking back on 2021 MGS made many changes for the better .. Covid taught us life is fragile spend your time well , focus in & hit the road ! That is what Daniel & I did we saw many incredible places , worked with our loyal clients , took time with them , laughed , shared heart ache many WTH moments , cooked together things we never allow our selves to do before Covid always soooooo busy Life is short we are thankful to be in the Fashion Industry, live in a country whe...re self employment is a choice Thankful for our vendors , designers , specialty store owners , their clients that trust us to bring the best global fashion to their businesses 2022 will bring more changes to MGS our brands continue to grow with new Labels coming your way ! Time in Alabama at Marigail’s & Bearden Design loved working with many amazing clients dressing them for fall & spring 2022 ! If you know me you know o love what I do & thankful for the friendships I have built down through the years Even saw Santa Claus some may say it is too Easley tell that to a child or small business owners who were closed this time last year due to Covid ... As always support Small Business we are all in this together . Now time to take a break & catch up on some rest , gym & start back Monday !

Traveling across the southeast to visit our clients we see beauty one of our favorite road circuits is to see Paulette & Doug they live on a lake reservoir near Richmond .. Paulette looks amazing in the lines MGS represents Daniel & I have a blast with her laugh , cook & shop between seeing our accounts ! Our final market of 2021 will be next week in Atlanta come see us October 13-15 building 2 Booth 2-1311 Spring Collections close soon later .

Traveling with Daniel to visit some of our Favorite retailers the road is hard , life is not easy I find 2021 harder than 2020 but there’s something to be said to be able to go to work & love what you do Fashion has always been my happy place .... We are preparing for our final market of 2021 @ America’s Mart our booth is 1311 working beside Tanya & BridgeShowroom .. Appointments are recommended because we will be busy ! Enjoy this day !

Greetings from Atlanta ! Many positive changes happening at MGS these days we are on a new path ... In 1992 I opened my first showroom , 8 showrooms later my lease was up at the end of April @ America’s Mart ...... I feel small business owners stopped in 2020 & thought what do I need to stay in business & what do I not need ... In the midst of Covid Daniel & I made the decisions go on the road we travelled from the swamps of Florida to the Appalachian... Our business stayed strong & we realized a full time showroom is not needed in our business plan going forward ... We will still showcase our collections in Atlanta in Temporaries , focus on our loyal Road accounts , special events & travel & Trends ... We are in our first week working from our new studio in East Lake at my home .. We are excited to work witn accounts in our space & carry on with business ... One place I feel safe is America’s Mart my first time to the building was 1983 ....one thing I know for sure the building has never been cleaner...... Thankful for the staff , security , janitors & management they are going beyond the word safe , wear your mask ... Then there is the Fashion , Fall 2020 is shipping , reordering followed by the newness of Spring 2021 .. Our Global designers have done an outstanding job to offer new fresh ideas for our ever changing world ... Thankful for our loyal clients , Daniel & Farrah

Interesting week on the road leaving Atlanta traveling through parts of NC , SC , & Va to finish up fall 2020 .. Our loyal small business owners are working hard to stay safe during covid , protest & trying to stay aloft during these tough times... Spending time with my cousin Paulette & Doug was just great We rarely take the time on the road to just stop & enjoy a day but we did this trip ...... I see & feel our buyers struggles I feel exactly the same how will we continue on ? We are in this together so that me the hope to push forward & take each day we are given ...

The fashion mobile is staying busy finishing up our fall season ... Owning a small business is not easy I enjoy talking with business owners finding out how their business & personal lives are being change during Covid .. Everyone says pretty the same thing we will get through together Stay safe , support small business , call the elderly life is a gift !

Nice to see another small business owner working hard to keep her staff employed & supporting her loyal community ... Onto America’s Mart to start preparing for our June show next week ...... Cleaning , packing samples , having lunch with Daniel a feeling of some Normalcy ..

On the road traveling took the time this morning to walk & enjoy nature .. One thing I have learned about myself during covid is to stop & enjoy what is in front of me .. God is good nature is where I see & feel safety .. Take time each day to enjoy life ...

Daniel & I are back on the road today traveling to see a few select accounts with fall 2020 & resort 2021 .. We check temperature, spraying down , sanitizing dang wwe smell good ! Nice seeing most people being aware respectful to others wearing their mask .. Great seeing one of our premier specialty stores Deborah Kent Tampa Florida spring well & postitve about the future .. Stay safe ...

Downtown Atlanta today was quiet , traffic light before Covid19 took me 30 minutes now 10 minutes ... The best part going into America’s Mart is seeing the faithful security guards , janitors , staff all wearing mask yet you can see their amazing smile & laughter through it all .. hi Mark great to see you , I feel so blessed to know these people they truly are the best ...
