We are still making protective face masks. If you are picking up kits or dropping off finished kits, please call ahead then pull up to the front and I’ll meet you outside. Volunteers in our community are helping our medical professionals by sewing protective masks. 145 kits picked up and some brought back and 100+ delivered-many more coming. Y’all are amazing- thank you!

After much research and conversations with those in the medical field, along with researching the legal requirements, Marti’s Alterations will be producing medical masks than can be used without an N95 mask with a 50-70% coverage or by inserting an N95 mask with greater coverage. It will prolong the life of the N95 (thanks to Sharon Reichert for the hard work on the design). If you want to help in the production of these masks, we will provide kits with all the supplies and i...nstructions. These masks WILL BE DONATED to medical facilities and EMS. Individuals will also be able to purchase them for personal use to help pay for the expense and donations are accepted. There are fabrics, sizes, and designs that work better than others so with our research we have come up with the design that will serve the needs the best.
