If you do not have a Clearinghouse account , Tina Clark can assist you or you use can the person who does your drug program. TINA'S PHONE NUMBER IS 912-663-9927. BUT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR CLEARINGHOUSE ACCOUNT BY JAN 5, 2021 AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO ANNUAL QUERIES ON ALL CURRENT DRIVERS BEFORE JAN 5,2021. You must have the driver signature on file in your office for permission to do queries. As of now, before you hire CDL drivers you are required to run a Full Query through Clearinghouse before you send them for pre-employment DOT drug testing. This requires drivers to also have a Clearinghouse account to give permission to you as a carrier. We do not do the Clearinghouse work, call Tina at 912-663-9927 Her business name is Trucking Safety & Compliance, LLC She can also help you with random drug testing programs. Are you a self-employed CDL driver and operating under your own USDOT Number? If so, you will need to register as an employer to conduct required annual queries in the Clearinghouse. Visit: https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/Register
