Great job to these three amazing team members: Laura Wright, Chiara Newland, and Darnette Holbert. When their client came up with a brainstorm idea, they took it upon themselves to figure out to fully execute it while having no budget. The event was a huge success and they also made the client money.

Five years ago, Sarah Martens immediately begin making an indelible impact on Meeting Expectations and the clients for which she has managed. Sarah supports the ME core values on a daily basis and is always available to provide guidance in any situation whether it be client related or even providing advice with a personal situation. She rolls up her sleeves and helps on any project where additional support is needed. Sarah brings great, positive energy to the office, client meetings (in person and on camera) and has a keen sense of humor. Congratulations Lauren Andrews on your 15th anniversary at Meeting Expectations. Lauren lives the core values day in and day out, and deeply cares about her colleagues and clients. Lauren sets a high standard and example for developing relationships. She places tremendous importance on earning the trust of anyone she works with and takes that obligation seriously. If you have any question about a client she works with, she will have in depth information on them, as she takes... voracious notes. Over the last 15 years, Lauren has excelled in her role not only at ME, but in the industry. She is often requested to speak with college students, sit on industry panels and has participated in multiple customer advisory boards for cities and hotel brands such as, Scottsdale, Loews, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas and San Francisco. The dedication and passion she puts into her work with clients is inspiring. Here’s to you on this special anniversary!
