We ask that, if possible, you call into our office and make your payments over the p...hone. Be patient with us, and if you try to call and don't get us, leave a message and we WILL call you back. If you don't get us, we are likely all on the phone with other customers. We know that there are certain instances where some payments have to be paid in cash, but those are very few. We will continue to accept cash as long as we are allowed to be open. There are several other ways you can pay your bill. You can download the state farm mobile app, go to statefarm.com, or simply email us at [email protected] and we can reach out to you for your payment. We will be reaching out to you to make sure we have correct contact information on file to ensure our ability to communicate with you. We are taking the appropriate steps to maintain social distancing as much as possible. Now is not the time to panic. I have full confidence in our medical professionals to be able to handle this pandemic. Take the common sense necessary precautions. If you know an elderly person that does not have family here in town, be their family! We are ALL one big State Farm family and I know we will make it through this challenging situation together.
