Summary of Mell Baptist Association Rogersville Mission Trip working with Of One Accord Ministry: house repair (roof, porch, and wheelchair ramp); house repair ...(roof repair, new front steps, and wheelchair ramp); clorhes sorted and priced; food sacked and ready for distribution; 60 plus blood pressure and glucose checks; 100 goody bags with Bible, Gospel track, and advertisement for Block Party prepared; 100 apartments prayed over individually with bags attached to door; damaged or stained ceiling tiles replaced at Shepherd Center; 14 rotted wooden coverings over windows replaced with treated plywood and caulked; average of 12 children in mini V B S; and about 75 attended Block Party with inflatable slide and inflatable bounce house, with gospel presentation, and with free hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks. But, the most important thing was that 6 children made professions of faith at VBS or the Block Party! This is what gold from five churches working together on mission with God can do!
