They didn’t want to wait to be married so they held a private ceremony with just a small number of close family and friends on their original wedding date. And hey am upside of having to postpone a wedding date means you get to have two looks ;)

Tori as seen on @vogue getting ready with with her officiant and close friend before the ceremony. She had her train custom made by @albinadylaofficialja. Her tribe was a sisterhood like no other. These ladies came from all over the world, literally, and bonded over the one friend they loved the most, @wildeindigochild. They all flew in days before the ceremony, and stayed for days after to celebrate their beautiful friend. The entire day, from beginning to end, was filled ...with heartfelt talks amongst friends, many tears of joy, and most of all love and laughter. So pumped to see this T + K's Brooklyn engagement session featured on @_anti_bride this week. (Link in profile for the full story!) I had seen the @elizabethdye gowns and immediately thought Tori would be the one to wear this gown. It was from the designer's collection "She Come in Colors" called Big Dress Energy. Self portraits by my six year old son, Kale. Had a little rare extra time for a personal project. I have always wanted to recreate this self portrait of my dad from one of my favorite old family scrapbooks. We borrowed the stool from Ryan’s mom and dad, Kale took the Polaroid, the room is our bedroom, which Ryan built for us in our home, the outfit attire was light and not trying too hard to look like someone I’m not. It all had meaning to me. That’s what pictures are all about. I used to take self portraits every year but have been slacking once business and life got busy. Lots of love and hope everyone is using their extra time and finding some positivity. Xo

Happy Anniversary Kelly + Jacob!! I loved documenting this heartfelt intimate wedding at the @swancoachhouse last year. With the future still a bit unknown, I think smaller celebrations might become more of the norm in the upcoming months.
