Have you ever noticed this painting as you left my office? It was painted with wheelchair tires by Steve Dezember II to raise funds and awareness for an ALS cure. This week Steve’s 9-year battle with ALS ended. During that battle, Steve and his amazing wife Hope (who I used to bowl with on Wednesdays) were an unbelievable example of living with love, grace and strength in the face of a terminal prognosis.
