Growing Law Firm seeking a part time Legal Assistant and intern immediately. Firm specializes in Criminal Defense and Family Law while serving a multitude of legal needs to various clients. Offices in Buford and Cumming. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR: YOU! Two positions available. ... Flexible work schedule. Willing to travel. (Hall, Forsyth, and Gwinnett) Willing to learn and a self starter is a MUST. Bilingual preferred but not required. + The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken, comfortable using technology and energetic. This is a part time opportunity with full-time growth potential. Prior law firm or customer service experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Scheduling, customer service, data entry, inbound and outbound client calls, requesting documentation from clients and other legal offices, document review, document creation, and caselaw review. Also, light office upkeep will be required. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent verbal communication skills A friendly and likable demeanor Strong level of comfort with technology, prefer having your own laptop computer Strong attention to details Ability to respect and honor client confidentiality Action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
