Here's some good news from our community. Please don't feel like all is lost.

Most metro area courts have cancelled "non-essential" court appearances for the time being. Here in Cobb, our judges are working to provide court access, especially to those who are in custody. If you have questions about your case, please call me.

As many of you know, courts from the Georgia Supreme Court all the way to local municipalities have declared a judicial state of emergency and have cancelled most activities until further notice. We anticipate most court hearings in Cobb County for the next two weeks to be rescheduled. Our office is open and we are available for advice and consultation.
