Please note you must pick up this year's tags to use the pool and all other amenities. Packets with your tags will be given to homeowners that have an ID showing your Morningview address. Lessee must present a current lease and ID that matches the lease. Please see the below remaining amenity tag pick up schedule. This is the last chance to submit your high school senior's name for the MorningView senior banner. Now more than ever we want to celebrate our high school Graduating Class Of 2021! Please submit the name of your graduating high school senior to [email protected] before the end of the day April 1st. If you have already emailed your high school senior's name and received a reply, there is no need to resend the name again.

2021 MORNINGVIEW GRADUATION BANNER!! Do you have a 2021 Graduate in your household? If you have a graduating senior and would like their name on the neighborhood graduation sign, please email the graduate name to Mark DAngola at [email protected]. If you know of a graduate in the neighborhood please make sure they reach out prior to the deadline for submission. The deadline for submission is April 2, 2021.

On Monday, March 8th, a 7:00p Board Meeting will be held at the clubhouse. There will be folding chairs available for seating, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own chair if desired. For everyone’s health and safety do not forget to wear your mask and practice social distancing. It looks like it will still be on the cool side, so don't forget to bring a coat or sweater.
