Important News for Sunday Jan 10th 2021 Hello Church! As I mentioned on our online bible study last night I made the decision yesterday to go ahead and go to ONLINE ONLY services for one more weekend. Myself and part of our worship team will still be under quarantine and that in itself made it somewhat difficult to gauge what this weekend might be like for us. So in taking all that under consideration I felt like the best thing for us to do was to play it safe one more time. ...While this is not ideal and not what I wanted, with the severe uptick in cases for our area I felt like it was the best decision. I hope you will understand and remain patient as we navigate this. Like I said last night, Mount Olive Baptist has been through the Civil War, the 1918 Flu Pandemic, the Great Depression, and several wars. If the Lord wills then I believe we will also come out of this stronger than ever. Our world needs the church to be the church as much as it ever as. Our community needs Mount Olive and your friends and family need you to share the hope of Christ into these difficult times. Starting this Sunday we will resume our study in Acts and continue to see how God has used and is using the church in good times and bad to change the world.
