Ladies please join us Wednesday Dec 12th at 6 pm for a Christmas get together ... Each lady will bring either a finger food plate or plate of treats ... tea ... coffee ... mulled cider ... and hot chocolate will be provided ... and an ornament for exchange $10 or under ... or handmade ... RSVP and please let us know if you are bringing finger food or treats so things can be added if needed ... A time to talk together ...laugh ... share the Christmas spirit ... party will be at 22 Nob Hill ... C section ...

Last Sunday we had a vote to reaffirm our Pastor Michael Parker ... It was an overwhelming vote of support ... for Michael and his beautiful wife and help mate ... they both have such a heart for The Lord ... and are always there for all the folks in need whether Chapel attender's or not ... God has Blessed us with a good Pastor ... who shares God's word ... even when the message steps on many folks toes ... speaking God truths ... A Godly Man & Woman ... definitely a keeper couple

This year instead of collecting can food ... The Chapel is taking donations by check made out to "Mountain Shadows Chapel" to help children and their families in the White country area in need for Thanksgiving and Christmas ... we are working thru The White County School System ... social worker ... Hams are ready for the homecoming tomorrow, took a lot of work but I know it will be worth it

Please note Ladies Day out has been moved from this Thursday the 20th to Thursday the 27th ... Sorry for the change ... Will meet at 10 am in the lake parking lot ... for a day of Community Service at a local Thrift store that to give back to our Community and it's needs ... we will break for a nice lunch ...

Ladies day this month will be a community serve day ... we will be helping at one of the Community Thrift stores here in town ... September 20th meet at 10 in the lake parking lot ... a day to share Christ love by giving back to the Community ... we will break for lunch at College ... The local thrift stores give back greatly to this community ... let's share a day of fun while serving God and our Community ...

We just learned ... that Kre WeHunt the young lady suffering from cancer ... that has been on our prayer list left for Heaven this morning a little after 11. Please keep her family in prayer ... she fought a valiant fight and now is with the Lord ...

June 19th ... Tuesday at 10:30 ... Ladies Day out ...a fun day learning to make a piece of jewelry by Jewelry artist Sherry Moesch ... will have a casual cook out for lunch ... each lady just needs to bring a side dish or desert ... Sherry is supplying the material for the jewelry piece ... easy to get to as Sherry's work shop and home are located at the entrance to Mountains Lakes of alt 75 ... first drive way as you come in the entrance ... once in the drive way ... turn left in the drive way and you will see the work shop and her beautiful log cabin home ... if you know you can come please let me know ...

Would like to apologize to whom ever we missed taken to ladies day ... it is always our intention to include everyone that would like to join us ... left right at 10:30 and should of waited a few more minutes to make sure no one else was coming ... I realize that I did not word the invitation correctly ... it should have read meet at 10:15 ... leaving at 10:30 ... So I sincerely apologize to anyone that missed going today ...

LADIES DAY IS A GO!!! Meet at the lake parking lot 10:30 ...Rain coming later in the afternoon ... Lunch at Creek Side then browse/ the little shops on the square ... Nadia's ... Cleveland Drugs fabulous gift shop ... Nora Mill's Store ... Bella's Boutique ... and check out New Bakery shop ... and the antique shop ... if time and weather allows then a trip down the street to the thrift shop ... bring umbrella just in case needed ...
