The #MPCSClassof2021 has 15 student-athletes who have signed to compete at the next level. Today we congratulate C. Koza who will be fishing at Carson-Newman University in the fall. He will be joining his sister and fellow angler Lee Rose Koza '19 on the college fishing circuit. Way to go! #MPCFishing

Your varsity Eagles #MPCbaseball team defeated Tattnall Square yesterday in a barn-burner by a score of 5-4. J. Tucker had 3 runs batted in and T. Minnick and L. Dotson added an RBI each as well. Sophomore T. McKee pitched the Eagles out of some intense situations, scattering 4 hits, 1 walk while striking out 8 Tattnall batters in 6 strong innings of work. C. Collier came on to pitch the 7th inning and got a pop up and 2 strike outs to pick up the save and seal the victory. Your Eagles will now take on Fellowship Christian, Saturday at 1:30 and 4:30 p.m., at Fellowship in the State #Final4! Last but not least, in the final round of the Cobb championships, M. Norton placed 1st in the 200-yard Freestyle and 100-yard Backstroke. He also set county records in these 2 events plus the 50 and 100-yard lead off in the freestyle relays. Now off to State! #MPCSwim #MPCWAY

The #3 Lady Eagles #MPCBasketball team now have a record of 8-1. K. Dunn unleashes for 37 points, 7 rebs, and 3 assists as the team defeats Rockdale County by a score of 51-35. K. Kirklen continues great play scoring 6 points and grabbing 8 rebounds. K. Dunning added 6 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals. These girls are on !

Big congratulations go to J. Stephens for getting his first State cut time as a freshman in 500-yard freestyle! Also, C. Salmon made another State cut in the 500-yard freestyle as well. Way to go swimmers! #MPCWAY #MPCSwim

The varsity girls #MPCBasketball team improved to 7-1 on the season with a win over Columbia High School by a score of 49-31. The team out-rebounded their opponent and played stifling defense. K. Kirklen scored 8 points and K. Dunn scored 25 points in the contest. #FunToWatch

Congratulations to the this group of girls for making State qualifying times for 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay. This is the third year in a row A. Farley, E. Norton, S. McCune, and C. Salmon have accomplished this achievement. Great job ladies! #MPCWAY #MPCSwim
