My Sister's Keeper Foundation for Women

My heart is so full because last night 6 amazing women graduated from the My Sister's Keeper Foundation for Women Leadership & Life Coaching Program. This was our 13th Focus Group, totaling 102 women who have graduated from our leadership program. Each class holds a special place in my heart because they all came with unique characteristics that make up a colorful tapestry of women. I have a very special place in my heart for the Class of 2008 because they trusted the process... while I was developing a model that would become my DMin project and dissertation focus. Likewise, the Class of 2020 holds a special place because they demonstrated a leadership quality that is needful when life throws you unexpected curves. These women pivoted with us in a pandemic and shifted from an in-person to a virtual format almost seamlessly. To all of our MSK graduates, I want you to know that I see you. I see you living your dreams, overcoming obstacles, facing life’s challenges, launching new businesses, going forth in ministry, graduating college, completing professional certifications, and development programs, gaining promotions on your job, excelling in business, education and your careers, servicing the community, getting married, raising awesome children, being whole in your singleness, caring for aging parents, overcoming grief, creating, leading, organizing, coaching and empowering other women!
