NORTHEAST GA FOOTHILLS CHARITY HORSE SHOW and MIDSUMMER HORSE SHOW We would like to thank each and everyone of you that made the shows a success! With just a ...couple of weeks notice the show was moved. A special thank you to Liz Holmes for stepping in as manager! Travis Olinger, John Medicus, Sarah Medicus, Abbie Medicus, Cindy Hannah, Valerie Speed, John Smith, Mallory Saunders, Larry Schmidt.and ASHAG. We appreciate our judges, Heather Boodey ane Mary Lou Carrick. The delicious food at the venue was provided by Sunday Diner. Jeff King and his staff made us feel welcome and addressed our every need. Everyone enjoyed the picturesque setting of the venue. Saturday had a crowd and Satuday night looked like a ghost town. The people that weren't showing took advantage of ALL the wonderful restaurants and sites in the area. Some people stayed over after the show, others said they would take their family vacation if we would come back to this venue. Cabins were rented on mountains, bed and breakfasts were utilized, air b and b's, chalets, hotels, some had rv's and campers at the show grounds. A great time was had by ALL! We hope we can work something out to have more shows at Rabun Arena! Thank you Rabun Arena staff and Rabun County for making our show a success! Tina Smith P.S.
