October is breast cancer awareness month! If you or your loved ones have not already had their annual mammogram be sure to get one scheduled today! Although we are no longer in office and fully powered by ESE Networks to offer Telehealth services, we are still able to assess and supply radiology orders for mammograms to all of our current chronic care patients during the transition to a new provider. During this time, we have been honored to provide quality healthcare that focuses on our patients' overall health and well-being. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to care for our patients using our telehealth technology. After much consideration, we have decided to transition our efforts to a complete telehealth delivery... of care. As of July 1st we are no longer operating in our Lake Oconee Office location.
