Closed this one today. Since November the Terry's have been looking for a home with me as their agent. Their patience paid off and so did my hard work. Through appraisal, paid off liens and even commission issues, we got the deal done! Congratulations to this wonderful couple and their growing family. It was my pleasure!

So, I had this closing Wednesday; you see the suit (and the smile)! And each of my closings have been personal to me and I believe that I've made a friend with each client and they'd trust me to do it all over again. This closing has topped them all so far. First off, I have known one of the sellers since 1st grade. We have stayed in touch over the years and I'm happy to still call him a friend. I met his vibrant and beautiful wife through our friendship and she's a fighter. ...Getting to the closing table was not easy and all involved will say the same. This deal was terminated one day and that same night, we got a Clear To Close. This home went to my deserving buyer who did the samba once she got those keys in her hands! She's a faithful and hopeful woman who proudly shared her story of being an immigrant and learning how to speak English on YouTube, built a business through her dedication and hard work and has now achieved her goal of buying a home in the United States. We spoke in English and Spanish throughout the process and it made the bond stronger between us as agent and client and becoming friends. To be a part of it all was amazing and everyone worked so hard to get here. I really can't say thank you enough to my friends Marc and Pinky, their agent Darlene and to my buyer, Ana. I can't wait to celebrate with you all and I know her new home will be a place of joy, peace, relaxation and liveliness for many years to come. I am almost overwhelmed with how it all went and how life brings things full circle sometimes. Being in the office has me tied up lately but I still have clients. I finally took an opportunity to go see my clients and give them their gifts from @jascents_candle_synergy. I love my clients. Ms. Carol worked so hard to buy her home. She's a Katrina survivor, raised a son after her husband's untimely death and many other adversities. I missed her closing due to COVID & so many other life issues. She's happy in her home and that makes me happy.
