Our lovely community nestled in the heart of Midtown.

This past week at Perennial Properties, we have spent time listening, processing, and healing together. We are extremely grieved at what our nation is going through in these times of racial and social injustice. We believe that today and every day, the burden is on each of us as individuals to stand in solidarity with Black and Brown communities. We hope that our team members, residents, and vendor partners look inward and act from a place of kindness towards one another. We expect every representative of Perennial Properties to stand up to racism and injustice by acknowledging their own biases and attitudes. Social justice starts and ends with each of us accountable for our actions, as well as inactions. We will follow our hearts and do what we can to make our community a more equitable place for all.
