Hey all...below are our updates: 1. Gift Cards are now available through our website @nailshackeav.net 2. Text messages are now LIVE. I know it’s been a challenge getting in contact with us so please use your appointment reminder to connect with us. The messages are live and it serves as a 2-way communication. Otherwise, please email us at [email protected]. These 2 methods are best form of communication. Especially for cancellations. Messages through IG sometimes do not ...get answered fast enough because it goes through a filter inbox and I do not see it. 3. NO SHOW policy: We charge the full amount for service when you do a no show no call. We ask clients to give us at least 2 hours of advanced notice for any cancellations. We know sometimes crap happens and we will try to accommodate as mush as possible but due to our limited staffing currently, we ask that you provide us this courtesy...otherwise you will be charged. Due to a dramatic surge in supply cost...we unfortunately have to raise our prices. Effective tomorrow, May 1 the following services will have an increase. ***All SNS will have a $3 increase ***All pedicures will have a $2 increase... We apologize for the suddenness but we’ve been trying to keep cost at a minimum for our clients but the cost on our end is no longer manageable. THANKS COVID!

Wow today is the last day of 2020. It’s been one hell of a year!!! We can’t THANK YOU enough for all the support that Nail Shack has received during this hard enduring time. It means the world to us and words cannot express our gratitude. We have dearly missed many of our usual faces since the pandemic because these times are scary! We understand!!! We only wish that you are healthy and safe and boy we cannot wait until things improve so we can see you again! We believe that... 2021 will be a new year, a new start. Happy Turkey Day! We hope everyone enjoy a safe Thanksgiving this year. The Nail Shack will be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving and WILL REOPEN on Friday during normal business hours.
