Tuesday Tip: Ever notice white spots on your toes when the nail polish is off? If a spot disappears when you buff it, it means your toe nails need to be exfoliated & "breath" from polish. If some of you don't care about color on your toesies, now is the perfect time to rehabilitate them. Simply take off your polish, buff and file them, and put on a vitamin-based clear coat or go au-naturel :) Buffing your nail exfoliates old/dry nail layers.

Thursday Tip: For soft feet, invest in a pumice stone. Make sure to soften your feet before using it. The best time is after a shower or bath. Recommendations? - https://www.bustle.com/p/the-4-best-pumice-stones-for-feet- - For thick callus spots: Dr. Scholl's Extra Thick Callus Remover

We hope everyone is doing well! I know some of you may have non-natural nails and they are in need for some TLC. How to take off your acrylic/ gel/ SNS at home: 1) Start by cutting down excess length and filing down the top of your nail to remove any gloss/shininess. 2) Place a cotton ball soaked in acetone/ non-acetone remover over it, and wrap it with foil /or/ soak in bowl. Non-acetone might take longer than pure acetone.... 3) Be patient! For foils, each nail should soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. For bowl soaking, 30-40 minutes to ensure the product is broken down properly. If the nail hasn't flaked off, you can always rewrap the beds. 4) After the removal, HYDRATE. Apply oil to your cuticles. If you don't have cuticle oil at home, no worries! Olive oil & coconut oil works just fine and can be found in your kitchen. Stay well all!
