FB Friends, did you know Georgia House Bill 673 aka "Hands Free Law" took effect July 1, 2018? This law directly addresses the use of cellular devices while operating a motor vehicle. In sum, the new law prohibits a driver from having a phone in their hand or use any part of their body to support a phone while driving a car. You can use a headset or ear piece for phone calls (not permitted for entertainment purposes such as listening to music).
