Steve McWilliams and his grandson enjoying the newest paved section of the Cricket Frog Trail. Newton County paved 3.5 miles of the trail in the unincorporated portions of the county recently. County crews poured asphalt on the trail from Zeigler Road to Sewell Road, the Mansfield city limits to the railroad trestle and from the Covington Bypass to East End Road. Newton County Crews have also cleared portions of the trail for future paving. https://www.co.newton.ga.us/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=300
