It's hard saying goodbye to amazing clients that become family! We had to get a picture of Breezy and her Mom, Cindy, as their family is moving to Colorado. We will miss them so much, but will keep in touch for sure!! They made a huge impact on us all!!

Clients of NextStep Atlanta, we hope you can drop in on Friday, 5/28 anytime between 12 and 4 to wish Taylor well in this new season as she moves to Virginia with her husband, Marcus. This picture was about 3 1/2 years ago when she started with us as an intern. What an amazing job she has done as our Lead Activity Based Therapy Trainer. She will be missed by so many, but will always be considered a part of the NextStep Atlanta family!!

Cathy’s posture in standing has been seeing substantial improvement. With limited assistance at the hips, she is able to hold her own balance in standing with little to no assistance locking out her knees! Keep it up Cathy!! #paralysisrecovery #hardwork

Joe is staying committed to his gait training program, he’s starting to improve in his ability to perform reciprocal motion in his gait patterning. He consistently pushes through his excessive tone and spasticity in both legs while on the treadmill to make it easier to walk over ground! Jose recently transitioned into walking overground with a walker following 45 mins of gait training! He is able to take steps independently with his left leg and push through his right leg while maintaining trunk and hip stability.
