The linked chronology barely begins to tell the Victors' whole story . . . a terrible tragedy that became a horrendous nightmare. Our spotlighting Reverend Er...rol Victor, Sr. is about much more than advocating for an apparent target of organized U.S. legal system abuse. There are MANY of them, and as important as it is for us all to be vindicated, accomplishing that end hinges on us -- first and foremost -- reasonably understanding how and why America's legal system has failed and is failing to adequately protect our respective civil, constitutional, and human rights. The underlying problems are systemic. They hinge on much more than any one person or more people being corrupt, or corruption in general. Reverend Victor's difficulties evidence that reality more clearly than most. Through them, LUI will seek to redress not only his personal hardships and injustices, but also: - organized U.S. legal system abuse in general; - the plight of America's wrongfully convicted, especially those actually innocent; - the potency of racial discrimination against Blacks in America; - the reality of U.S. political prisoners; - the isolation of average Americans from the international human rights community and its buffer against sweeping usurpations of U.S. government power by the rich and powerful. ###

The second decade of this millennium is just about over, and not a moment too soon. When I became a full-time U.S. legal system reform advocate in 1998, I did not think that post-60s, America would drift so far from a fair and impartial administration of justice that by 2018, its coveted judicial integrity would prove an illusion through objective analyses. Yet that happened and not even for some epic preservation of power by a tyrannical oligarchy. Instead, primarily to... show who’s the proverbial boss, rather blatant conspiracies to deny average Americans a fair and impartial adjudication unfolded, one after another for decades. Primarily for the sake of petty old fashioned bullying, our corresponding rights were violated, and life-ambitions trashed, so-far with confirmed impunity. Now, to recognize and celebrate that the proof IS in the pudding! Our bullies are pinned on the grass. Are you ready to end state judicial self-policing in America? Are you ready to push America for EFFECTIVE avenues of redress and relief when our rights are violated through abuses of government power? Are you willing to be a reliable part of wholistic strategies for your own relief from organized U.S. legal system abuse? If yes, I encourage you to become active via the private online network of NFOJA (National Forum On Judicial Accountability) @ https://50states.ning.com Hope to see you there on a regular basis in 2021. Here’s to a safe, healthy, prosperous, and more just New Year! Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal, NFOJA Co-founder and Co-Administrator
