This is a zoom meeting that I hosted on Wednesday April 29th, 2020 discussing how "COVID-19" AKA "The Coronavirus" AKA "The Rona" might impact the housing market in the United States and specifically, Metro Atlanta. I am doing this because "The Rona" has started a global pandemic that not only has significant health implications, but very severe economic ones as well. People across the globe saw their stock portfolios take a nose dive in the middle of March, in addition to wi...tnessing millions of employees being released from their jobs which spiked unemployment to unprecedented levels almost overnight. We all remember when the housing market came tumbling down in '08, and that event is burned in all of our collective memories. So, naturally, we are all very curious as to whether or not we are about to repeat what we saw 12 years ago. So, to that end, I invite you to watch me pontificate about the housing market.
