BIG Thank You to Rachel Romano and Ayse Sukola, with Cherokee Barbell, for inviting us to attend the Barbell Collective Weight Lifting Competition last Saturday, March 17th. I also wanted to thank Dr. David Bak, from Precision Spine & Body Restoration, for assisting us with evaluating and stretching the Athletes before and after their lifts.

The new normal at NMT Sports

NMT Sports has to extend it reopening date to the 15th. I will move everyone appointment to the same day just after the 15th. If you want a different time and date please call me. Thank you for your support during this time.

As everyone is aware COVID-19 has drastically changed people daily habits and social interactions both personally and professionally. As such we are re-opening and taking measures to ensure your safety. NMT Sports has taken action to reduce the risk for our staff and clients. Many companies are fogging the air in structures and think that is all that needs to be done. However, based on the information put out by the CDC and EPA, you also must do more for the treatment to be e...ffective. ~Along with fogging the air, ONEgihty Solutions also has fully wiped down all surfaces with an EPA registered product that has proven effective at reducing harmful bacteria and viruses similar to COVID-19. ~After the Air and Surface Decontamination is completed they also have applied an Anti-Microbial to the structure that helps reduce the contaminates on the surfaces and reduces future risk of bacteria and viruses. ~All Staff will be wearing mask and gloves during sessions. ~Clients will be booked on the hour (instead of the 1/2 hour) to space everyone out. This does mean fewer clients will be worked on during the day. ~Table linens will be changed (which is always done) and ONEighty Solutions also has provided our staff with the steps to properly disinfect after each client. In doing this NMT Sports is hopefully giving you a sense of peace in knowing we are doing everything we can to keep you, your family, our staff and our staff's family safe during this time. I didn't realized the daily problem that most people have on a daily basis, until being off this past week. It is a struggle to pick out an outfit every day. Having a uniform that you wear 5 out of 7 days makes this decision nonexistent.... How do you guys do this everyday of your life?
