COVID-19 policy updates: Our top priority at Nogales & Associates is keeping our customers, employees and community safe as we continue to monitor the current situation. To those ends, we want to insure you our office is taking the following steps for your safety: We have increased the cleaning of our lobby and closing rooms with the recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization.... Hand Sanitizer is located throughout the office for employee and customer use. We are willing to provide separate closing rooms for buyers and sellers to sign. New pens are available to each client for them to use at the closing and take with them once they are done. All employees are becoming extra vigilant about washing hands and monitoring their health. All employees are directed to stay home and consult their healthcare provider upon any potential exposure or symptoms of illness of any kind. We are asking customers and clients who have come in to contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, with symptoms specific to the virus, or who have traveled to a restricted county to refrain from coming to our office for any reason. Our office should be notified prior to closing and appropriate arrangements will be made for them to sign. We are doing what we can to insure that you can safely move on with your life and purchase your home. We are monitoring the situation hourly and if something changes, we will let you know.
