Past two weeks we have seen a big increase in scams where several people have lost thousands of dollars. PLEASE, don't believe the person on the phone claiming to be from Microsoft or ebay or Amazon or even your bank, wanting your login information or SS# or password or email or anything. Hang up the phone. Call your bank if you aren't sure, call your son or daughter, call me (no charge). If your computer freezes up and a hysterical voice is screaming that you have a virus and to call the microsoft # (which is actually the scammers #), DON'T CALL!. Dont give them your hard earned money. Use the task manager to end task.
