When I arrived at the office this morning after a 45 minute drive through Atlanta traffic, I decided to mindfully water the flowers outside the office by focusing on how the water rolled off the flowers’ leaves and on the darkening of the soil as it was gradually saturated by the water. It was a lovely way to get centered before starting my work day. How can you use mindfulness to get centered today?
