We hope everyone is well, and staying healthy and comfortable through these difficult times. With some of the restrictions lifted, we are working through service agreement inspections for folks who are ready for us to be in their home / business. We will continue to take precautions by sanitizing hands frequently, wearing face masks, gloves, and shoe covers. We are also asking customers to advise us if they or anyone in their home / business is sick or has any symptoms of a contagious illness. We will continue to be cautious for ourselves and our customers. If you are a service contract customer, we will be calling you to schedule your AC inspection. With the threat of the Coronavirus spreading we would like to provide you with information on things you can do to improve your air quality. We suggest changing your air filters frequently (can be as often as weekly and you can order filters online from www.factorydirectfilters.com or www.amazon.com), spray Lysol Antibacterial Spray in your return vents or directly on your filter daily. You can also consider air quality cleaning products. Below are website links for Global... Plasma Solutions, Ultravation and REME-HALO. They offer solutions for air quality products that have been tested to eliminate bacteria, viruses, odors, etc. If you have questions about these products, please contact Joe at 770-539-4645. Also, be assured that NHHA is concerned for your safety as well as ours. If we are in direct contact with customers we are equipped with disposable face masks, gloves, antibacterial hand wipes, and hand sanitizer. If you or someone in your home is sick, please advise us. We will not enter your home if we have any symptoms of a contagious illness. Spring HVAC inspections will be postponed until things settle down - we are hoping to start them in April. Also, during this time, to minimize in home visits, we will assist you by phone with troubleshooting and repairs when it is possible to do so.
